The bungalow was lovely, everything you would need and more for a comfortable stay away

Others have mentioned, the garden is not fully secured for dogs, so any doggy toileting needs had to be be full harness and lead, but did manage with this. Also, the previous occupants had completely filled the bins, so no room for our rubbish. Collections are weekly, so this was completely out of the owners hands though.

The location was fine, it was just a shame the property was the most neglected in the row of bungalows. The bathroom was ok.

On first sight it was awful - filthy windows and frames, garden full of weeds. Inside it was fairly clean (but I wouldn't employ the cleaner) but very basic. Some of the furniture was old junk you see piled high on pavements at cheap shops. It is NOT 'pet friendly' - allowing dogs doesn't mean it's friendly. The floors had no rugs so were slippery, the back garden was not secure and had slate chippings and concrete - no grass, plenty of weeds. There was a dishwasher full of dirty crockery when we arrived which we left - not our job so we washed up what we used as we went along. Toaster was filthy. Bedding was not ironed - it was just creased to high heaven as if someone slept in it. There was also loads of rubbish in various bins which the house instructions told us we had to put out. We were left half a roll of toilet paper which had been started. We had to go and buy some. Glad we weren't staying longer and we won't be staying again. Did anyone from booking.com or cottages.com actually come and inspect this property ? Totally NOT recommended.
