Bel appartement spacieux, très propre et bien équipé. Adnane a été très clair dans ses explications pour accéder à l’appartement et réactif lorsque nous avions des questions. Je recommande !!
Une des chambres côté route est un peu bruyante mais rien de très dérangeant.

L’appartement grand et très propre, bonne literie,bien situé au cœur du quartier Agdal
Les deux salles de bain sont un peu vétustes, robinetterie à rénover !

La différence entre les photos de l’annonce et le réel nous a extrêmement déçus. L’isolation est juste horrible, on entend tout dans la rue passante (les Klaxons, les 2 roues, etc.) Literie pas top 1 des salles de bain est vraiment à refaire, et aucun rangement possible. Après 2 douches prises d’affilée, la 3e s’est finie avec de l’eau froide Le parking où il faut savoir manœuvrer, avec un SUV ou break c’est technique Détecteur incendie qui ne fonctionne pas 1 des volets roulants qui est cassé et ferme mal On a trouvé le prix bien trop cher au vu de la prestation, super dommage vu l’annonce
