清潔で、駐車スペースも広く、近くにははま寿司やコンビニがあり、とても使い勝手が良かった。

才剛下訂沒多久，管理員就馬上傳訊息聯繫，入住前有任何問題也很快回應，令人放心。房子很新，有洗衣機、滿滿的衣架，陽台或室內都有晾衣服的空間很方便；想自己煮東西吃也有各種鍋子和餐具可以用。本來看照片上紅色的沙發覺得有點奇妙，但其實很舒適，入住後很常賴在上面發懶。附近很安靜，晚上睡覺幾乎聽不到聲音。
有些小地方明顯久未整理，比方廁所的抽風扇灰塵較多，洗衣機的棉絮盒塞滿（已自行清潔）。客廳和旁邊和室的遙控燈會互相干擾，按下遙控器結果整間房間都熄燈。
