Die sensationellen Ausblicke von hoch oben auf dem Schloss Neuenburg über das Unstruttal. Der ruhige Platz, ganz nah an der Natur. Die Herbststimmung von der sich die Menschen, denen wir begegnet sind, haben positiv anstecken lassen.
Das Interieur ist zum Teil in die Jahre gekommen, aber es passt zu all dem was einen historischen Ort wie diesen ausmacht. Patina eben!

Eine sehr besondere Unterkunft direkt auf dem Burggelände, man fühlt sich, morgens beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse, wie ein König, mit Blick in das Tal. Super!
Meine Tochter hätte sich gerne ein WLan gewünscht.

Ungewöhnliche Übernachtung auf dem Schloss Neuenburg, Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert, einfach im Museumsshop melden, Parkplatz nah auf dem Schloss-Gelände, sehr gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile in der Wohnung, ausreichend für 2 Personen, Heizung gibt´s auch, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Freyburg, Betreiber sind Tierfreunde, Hunde sind willkommen --- wer Ruhe mag, ist hier genau richtig, wenn Sturm oder Regen ums Schloss nachts ziehen, einfach gemütlich einkuscheln :-),
Vorwarnung: es gibt kein wlan, also gutes Buch mitnehmen und Geschichte und Natur pur genießen
