Everything was clean and steady!! Apartment was spacious and well maintained!! The host was such a great person!

El apartamento está ubicado justo enfrente de un mercado, tranquilo, amplio para dos personas, limpio impoluto, decorado al estilo uzbeko con muy buen gusto. Cama cómoda, cocina con mesa y un salón muy agradable. Tiene lavadora. El propietario es un señor encantador que habla ruso, nos ayudó con un problema de vuelos y nos dejó estar unas horas más hasta que saliera nuestro tren. Precio buenísimo, barrio típico animado sin ser ruidoso.

Necesita un poco más de menaje en la cocina. El agua tiene poca presión pero es general en todo Uzbekistán. Baño un poco pequeño.

The apartment was clean, quiet, and well-equipped with a kitchen and washing machine, making the stay very comfortable. It’s located just a few hundred meters from the metro station, offering easy access to the whole city. Public markets and shops are nearby, and main roads are only about 100 meters away, making taxis and food delivery very convenient. The owner is very welcoming and even offers guests a 10% discount at his dental clinic, which is a nice bonus.

I liked how the apartment is in a very local area to be able to hang out like a local. But close enough to see local attractions by taxi. There are markets with everything you need 1 minute walk away outside your front door. Kitchen has all the necessary items, washing machine is handy too, air-conditioning worked great. Lots of mini marts close by & great bakery/Cafe outside Mega Planet on the corner.

There is no balcony, terrace or garden! I booked this apartment for the balcony feature. Water drainage of shower water is very slow and you'll end up in bath water having a shower. Needs new bed linen, stained & old but clean. Also you'll need to pay the tourist registration (you don't need to if staying at hotels or hostels) so just be aware this is added to your final bill. I paid 46000 manet on top of room charge, this isn't mentioned in the booking.com blurb! The apartment is very hard to find, especially at night. Taxi just dropped me on the street at 1am but the owner did come to me after calling him.
