La ubicación y la cama cómoda.
Que la ventana se mantuviera abierta todo el tiempo debido al filtro que habia instalado, se escuchaba el ruido de la calle y entraba el frío.

Localização boa e apartamento bonitinho. Boa comunicação via whatsapp. Deixo também meu elogio ao recepcionista do prédio, um senhor muito educado e prestativo.
Não tem estacionamento próprio então tem que deixar o carro nos que tem na rua, que são pagos e são caríssimos. Teve uma queda de energia no apartamento, mas comuniquei o dono e ele arrumou. No penúltimo dia parou de funcionar água quente no chuveiro, acho que acabou o gás e tomamos banho na água fria.
