Beds were large and comfy!! The host was amazing - so kind and very communicative. The place was very clean and the air conditioning worked well in all rooms. Easy short walk to a nearby beach & beach bar/restaurant (good food & drinks!). And the VIEWS!!! Unbeatable.

The host was nice, so was the location and the included parking inside the property.
It’s difficult to see how this property is 9+ score. It’s quite run down. I don’t know when the last renovation was done, but whoever did it either did a very poor job or the property has seen a lot of use since then. The bathroom walls are falling apart, the floor is quite banged up and dirty. It looks great in the photos but in reality it’s not good and definitely far from “first class”. The balcony itself is also quite dirty and the whole apartment generally looks very tired.
