Ogólnie czysto, schludnie, w miarę cicho, cicha okolica, lasy w około, mało osób (1 współlokator), podstawowe agd, czysta nieśmierdząca woda w kranie, mieszkanie na podniesionym parterze, więc nie trzeba się wdrapywać wysoko, parking blisko i bez większych problemów.
Ogólnie przydałoby się odświeżenie całego mieszkania do "nowych" standardów (wtedy można podnieść cenę), słaba wentylacja, dlatego trzeba uchylać okna, niewielkie skupisko mrówek w kuchni, cienkie stropy (słychać sąsiadów).
