Az ár-érték arány nagyon jó volt illetve az ingyenes parkolókártya amit kaució fejében kaptunk így a mélygarázsból könnyen tudtunk közlekedni és a szállásunkhoz közel ingyenesen tudtunk parkolni,az autó pedig védve volt a természeti hatásoktól. Tágas volt az apartman ami szintén nagyon tetszett illetve minden szoba légkondicionált volt.
Mindösszesen annyi, hogy a halószobánkban a klíma egy kicsit hangos volt főleg éjjel volt ez enyhén zavaró.
