La proprietaria/gestrice è sinceramente gentile, la collocazione della "casetta" è comoda rispetto al centro anche se occorre superare qualche centinaio di metri bui e poco dotati di marciapiedi
La "casetta" è poco manutenuta, ci sono alcuni elementi da sostituire, es il vetro di una finestra è crepato, alcuni dettagli di un mobile sono rotti, le sedie del tavolino sono un poco taglienti, la zanzariera della finestra principale è assente. Il problema maggiore e l'assenza del condizionatore nella camera da letto principale, è invece presente nella camera dei ragazzi. Manca una poltrona per leggere un libro. Il prezzo è troppo altro per il valore del soggiorno.
