L'appartement est clair, spacieux, propre sécurisé, calme. Suffisamment de placards. Deux salles d'eau. Séjour de bonne surface, grands canapés. Lave-vaisselle silencieux, lave-linge. Beaucoup de petites choses fournies pour rendre le séjour agréable (par exemple sacs poubelle, papier alu, essuie-tout, sucre ...). Parking facile devant l'immeuble, mais aussi place de garage numérotée en sous-sol. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.
Il ne manque vraiment pas grand chose pour que ce soit parfait ; c'est surtout le manque de plan de travail dans la cuisine qui nous a manqué, toute la (petite) place étant prise par le micro-ondes. Et il pourrait y avoir un petit effort sur les couverts, et leur rangement, ce n'est pas à la hauteur de l'appartement. Dommage aussi qu'il y ait un immeuble en construction juste devant la petite terrasse, ce qui fait qu'on ne peut pas en profiter.

Well appointed apartment and kitchen, bright and sunny living room, responsive owner and keyholder, secure building with secure parking underneath. It was an easy walk to the beach for sunsets.
Noise transmission from apartment above ours. There were 5 renters in that apartment above us for 10 of our 14 nights, so it was not just one noisy renter but was common to 4 out of the 5. We rely on reviews from previous guests and were surprised that not one of the 37 reviews mentioned this excessive noise transmission - extremely disappointing. This can only be rated a 10 if there is no one renting above.
