H2 1 Bedroom Downtown Stamford

I like that it was clean and easy to find

We didnt have anything issues

Great size, nicely decorated, great location

Difficulty and contacting the managers to get washcloths and hand towels. There was no hair dryer. When we were arrived, there were bath towels, but only one hand towel and no wash clause. We also found a dirty pan in the oven and dirty wine glasses in the cupboard, no soap in the shower, no hot pads in the kitchen, bulbs burnt out in the kitchen area, No sugar or creams, but jam, hot sauce, and Asian soy sauce were provided at the coffee bar. One of the telephone numbers does not work and the other two recalled and texts left. At one point, we were told someone would bring by some hand towels and washcloths, but no one ever did. Maybe it is their cleaning service or whatever, but it did surprise us for what we have been used to booking through Booking.com. Not sure we will do this again.
