Breakfast was not included and I don't mind that. The location is perfect. The hospitality and the fact that everything of importance (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, mall, restaurants) is at a walking distance is really one of the reasons to visit again. I liked the bar/lounge Quattro. The food and drinks are a bit pricey, but it's worth it (my partner has another opinion). The host was available, friendly, professional and very helpful.

The collection of the property key could have been better. However the way it was handled and taken care of was very professional and appreciated. A full-length mirror is also a must. That was the only thing still missing. The maintenance/cleaning was supposed to be two times a week, but that was only done the first week of my stay. The remainder was just once a week. I wished I was given correct/better information for the use of the swimming pool (meaning: I was first told I had to reserve a time to use it, then i was told it can't be used it's just for ascetic and the day before I leave i was told I could use it at anytime, just between 6 and 12 am). I didn't get to use it ;)

Le manque de communication ! Un téléphone est posé dans la chambre mais aucune indication n’est donnée pour joindre la réception au besoin. Les chambres ne sont pas faites à temps ! J’ai dû insister avant que l’entretien de ma chambre ne soit fait, trois jours après mon arrivée. L’indisponibilité du personnel Impossible de trouver quelqu’un à la réception à chaque fois que j’avais besoin d’un renseignement. Alors que tout le bâtiment avait l’électricité, je suis restée dans le noir de la nuit au petit matin. J’ai dû sortir dehors et demander de l’aide à un Monsieur dans le bâtiment à côté qui a alerté un membre du personnel par téléphone afin que le problème soit réglé. C’était assez stressant car je n’ai pas fermé l’œil de la nuit à cause de la chaleur et j’ai failli manqué mon transport !
