La ubicación y el disponer de aparcamiento.
Muchos insectos en la terraza que no dejaba usarla, el vecino tenía incienso quemando todo el día y entraba al apartamento haciéndolo bastante insoportable. Pero claro, no es problema del apartamento en sí.

We loved the location and the staff were great.
The parking is horrendous, else Ua,my for a decent sized vehicle.
And the neighbours dog uses the common entrance area as a toilet- stinks badly.
