Villa Bella Split - Podstrana

Beautiful property, spacious, fantastic facilities, everything you need for a home from home. Pool and outdoor kitchen exceptional with beautiful Mountain views. The terrace has a bit of a sea view. Peaceful, residential location. And the garage and lower outdoor level have lots of sports type amenities. Fantastic priority!

We can’t really fault the property, except maybe the beds are on the firm side. Location wise, It is up a very steep hill - but this does mean you get good views! It is quite a distance from the beach and bulk of the restaurants. However there is a bakery and two supermarkets very close by. The walk to the beach is improved if you walk along the river, although you will still have to cross a very busy road.

The house is perfect for family with children, everything you need and more. Quiet neighborhood and ocean view from the balcony. Izabela the host has everything you need and was quick to respond to every question we had. Comfortable beds and clean house. We had a family of 8. Best family vacation ever!

Området lite avsides, men det fanns två matbutiker på gångavstånd för att handla det viktigaste. Dock stängt under två dagar vilket vi inte var vana vid, men vi fick info från taxichaufför som gjorde oss lite förberedda. Poolen och poolområdet underbart och det gick att bada trots att det var lite tidigt på säsongen. Izabella är en jättebra värd som svarar snabbt och löste problem på ett bra sätt när de dök upp längs vägen (varmvattenberedaren gick sönder, men snabbt var en hantverkare på plats och löste det. Sånt som kan hända). Hon hade dessutom förberett med lite dryck, frukt och godis vid ankomst vilket uppskattades av stora och små.

Sängarna hårda och knakade, det saknades några få saker i köket men i övrigt välutrustat hus, fräscht. Grillen skulle behöva en uppdatering av nytt galler. Det saknas en kaffebryggare. Det är lite långt att ta sig iväg på utflykter om man inte har tillgång till bil och har barn som inte orkar gå i timmar. Men vi löste det med uber för det mesta.
