Villa Finest -Seaside Villa with private swimming pool at Orkos

- Nur ein Badezimmer war für 5 Personen eine kleine Herausforderung; ein paar mehr Handtücher und Duschvorleger wären hilfreich; es gab für 5 Personen leider auch nur 4 Poolhandtücher - Der einzige Spiegel ist im Bad; zusätzliche Spiegel in den Schlafzimmern wären praktisch - Auflagen für die Sonnenliegen würden es bequemer machen; auch hiervon gibt es nur 4 …

Περάσαμε αξέχαστες μέρες σε αυτή τη βίλα! Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος και όμορφα διακοσμημένος. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν εξαιρετικοί – φιλικοί, πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν και πάντα διαθέσιμοι για οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Μας έκαναν να νιώσουμε πραγματικά ευπρόσδεκτοι! Ήταν το ιδανικό μέρος για να αποσυνδεθούμε και να γεμίσουμε μπαταρίες.

We loved the more remote location, so chilled! The pool area is fantastic. Incredible sunset views from the balcony. The apartment had everything we needed for 2 adults and 3 kids (13, 10 and 7). Staff were always responsive and even organised a hire car to be dropped to us for a couple of days. Wonderful, would absolutely love to return!

What I liked • The beautiful view from the villa • The pool (although it needed better maintenance) The location also was really cool

• Several lighting issues: bulbs not working and some lights flickering frequently • Housekeeping concerns: brand-new, sealed food items we placed in the fridge were missing after cleaning, while items from previous guests were still left in the villa • No covered kitchen bin and no clear instructions on where to dispose of garbage bags • Summer kitchen missing essential tools for the advertised barbecue and pizza oven (no pizza peel, no wood, no charcoal) • Barbecue grill not cleaned, with residue from previous guests, and no tools to clean it ourselves • Noticeable damp smell inside the villa • Air conditioning was ineffective; indoor temperature stayed around 23°C even with AC on maximum • Pool not maintained during our stay, with debris from the wind and garden • Only two outdated TVs for the whole villa, with no Smart TV, Bluetooth, or screen-sharing • Sunbed mattresses stained and greasy from tanning products of previous guests • Concierge service advertised as 24/7, but assistance was limited and did not follow up on our concerns
