Was fully stocked with every provision that you would need, not only stocked but with quality items.
Not a 5 star location but short drives - 15 minutes to an hour - put us in very cute towns for meals and shopping.

We had a great time ! The cabin was modern and well built ! With comfortable serene , relaxing atmosphere , We enjoyed listening to the records and dancing , and browsing the books and playing cards . . We had the pleasure of going to Octoberfest and gondola in Stratton which was 45 minutes away . Overall a great stay !
The only thing we would say is due to the drought we didn't get to use the hot tub or fireplace and that was a bummer .

Beautiful scenery, beautiful looking house, beautiful property.
Not near anything. If you ski, it is a good location for that. We wanted to go swim at the lake and sit by the lake, well it isn't that type of "lake". only boating and canoeing. Says walking distance to beach, could not find that, No sidewalks, you could get killed on that winding road walking. We drove to the lake and it was boat access only. Cleaning service should be changed. Microwave very dirty, we cleaned, coffee pot was disgusting, we bought a new one and left it there. remotes for TV, disgusting, we cleaned. Outside chairs molded. Air conditioner filters red light came on as soon as we turned them on. We cleaned the filters, they were caked with garbage. Under sink smells of mold, mold on top of kitchen sink. Crack in sink and water is going down. Cracked board on patio deck, dangerous. Very steep driveway. You must drive everywhere you want to go. Very desolate. Maybe young people like this type of adventure but for anyone over 60 I would think twice. All the throw rugs are dangerous, they slide all over. "Flat Screen" advertised is a computer screen. Too small to really enjoy. Next time I will go to a hotel.
