Paul's house

Paul's Mum who greeted us was very friendly and accommodating. She even gave us a little gift of their home-made olive oil on departure. The house is large and set in pretty surroundings and comfortable. There is a supermarket just over the road which is open every day except Sunday. The Taverna around the corner was very friendly and good value but was only open on Saturday which meant we had to drive into town when we wanted to eat out. However, we were there in late Spetember. The location is excellent for eploring the surrounding area and attractions so long as you have a car.

The toilet seat isn't fixed which can be a little disconcerting!

Μείναμε στο σπίτι για 2 βράδια. Το σπίτι βρισκόταν σε ένα ήσυχο μέρος όπου πραγματικά ηρεμείς. Κατά την άφιξη μας μας υποδέχτηκε η μητέρα του με πολύ μεγάλη χαρά και μας έδειξε το σπίτι το οποίο είναι πραγματικά τεράστιο. Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και η σχέση ποιότητας του σπιτιού με την τιμή ήταν εξαιρετική. Σε πολύ κοντινή τοποθεσία από την Μονεμβασιά και τα γύρω μέρη (περίπου 20’ με το αυτοκίνητο). Την ημέρα που φύγαμε η κυρία Πίτσα μας χαιρέτησε πάλι με πολύ χαρά και μας έδωσε και ένα δωράκι που με πολύ χαρά δεχτήκαμε. Ήταν εξαιρετική εμπειρία και θα την προτείναμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον θέλει να επισκεφτεί το μέρος.

Το ένα δωμάτιο δεν είχε πόρτα. Το σπίτι κάπως παλιό αλλά χωρίς κανένα ουσιαστικό πρόβλημα.

המיקום כפרי, שקט ומיוחד, קצת יותר רחוק ממונמבסיה ממה שדמיינו, אבל בסופו של דבר המיקום היה נוח והתחבר בקלות לכל יעד טיול שבחרנו באזור. דירה כפרית ענקית, נוחה ומתוחזקת היטב. מרפסות, גינה, ומארחת נעימה שמשרה אווירת בית. בעל הנכס שולח קובץ עם כל המידע: מיקום, אינטרנט, שירותים באזור (מסעדות וכו')

L’accueil très chaleureux de la famille de Paul. super organisation de la part de Paul - toute l’information nécessaire est sur son site, l’emplacement de la maison juste à 20 min à voiture de Monemvasia et d’autres sites à visiter en Laconie (très belle région). La maison est grande, très comfortable, dispose de tout ce dont on a besoin, trois chambres climatisées, cuisine, salon. Énorme terrasse pour passer les soirées tranquilles. Propreté irréprochable. La maison est entourée d’arbres fruitiers, et de fleurs. Dans le village - il y a une supérette, une boulangerie et une taverna « Texas »avec une cuisine maison (une des meilleures que nous ayons goûté en Grèce). Nous nous sommes sentis les bienvenus partout. Les gens sont très accueillants. Merci pour l’accueil et les cadeaux!
