-Ottima posizione, la villetta si trova in centro a due passi dal mare da una spiaggia libera comodissima. -comunque molto riservato grazie al muro e al grande giardino. -Si trova in centro con negozi e ristoranti sempre a due passi. -staff molto gentile, disponibile ed efficiente

Solo un paio di problemi riguardanti la struttura: -nei bagni nelle docce mancavano le tende e l’acqua andava un po’ ovunque. -in generale la struttura un po’ datata e essenziale

Big yard with good shadow and 5 minutes distance from the beach.

The worst accomodation ever! Firstly, once I booked the house through Booking.com the agency BarbarHouse contacted me and till the moment we got there the agency requested so many procedures included signing the Contract in Italian, that I was so exausted! The house was not clean at all. The toilets were dirty and the sink was clogged! We had to extra pay for linen and towels 20 euros per person for a week and we had to put ourselves the linen on beds. All the dishes in the kitchen were old, damaged, and rusty. First time we entered the house there was no electricity. Then we realized that we cannot use the aircondition and the boiler at the same time! The carpentry was so old and not functioning. We could hardly close or open the doors and windows. The worst thing for me were the beds. The mattresses were so old and damaged, as well the incomfortable pillows, that it was almost impossible to sleep. We had to separete garbage in 6 boxes but we didnt have enough boxes and some of them were broken! We havent got any explanations about timeschedule what evening what kind if garbage to take in front of house for collecting. We had to google it ourselves. The house is located at the main crossroad of Torre Lappilo and the noise during the night and day is so terrible! They didnt reply my email where i was complaining and asking them for cost reduction. I suppose I forgot so many things, but this is more than enough… And yes, the beach in Torre Lappilo is sooo busy, better to use some other less busy beaches around..,
