Op mijn fietstocht langs de Elbe had ik dit pension geboekt. Dat bleek een goede keuze. Ik werd zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en de plek aangewezen waar ik mijn fiets veilig kon stallen. Ook kreeg ik enkele tips over Dessau, waaronder de beroemde Bauhaus gebouwen. Ik heb goed geslapen in een comfortabele kamer. Ik kon ook zelf thee zetten. De volgende ochtend was er een goed verzorgd ontbijt.
Vlak bij het pension staat een kerktoren die elk kwartier laat weten hoe laat het is. Door de ramen dicht te houden had ik er uiteindelijk geen last van.
