Tift bossgård

Gemütlich eingerichtetes kleines Ferienhaus, 2 Zimmer (Wohn- und Schlafzimmer) (keine Tür), schönes Bad, geschützte Terrasse, kleine Küche mit 2-Platten-Herd, Flur mit etwas Platz. Parkplatz direkt neben dem Haus. Es liegt direkt an der Strasse, dank sehr guter Fenster kaum Lärm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Kleine Minibar, sehr bequemes Bett, einladendes Erscheinungsbild, Zahnbürsten standen zur Verfügung, Netflix, tolle Bäckerei in der Nähe

Etwas mehr Küchenausstattung wäre schön.

Jättefint boende och allt fungerade smidigt. Värdarna var väldigt tillmötesgående och trevlig. Vi är supernöjda med vår vistelse och kan varmt rekommendera detta boende!

The place was exactly as described. It's in a lovely garden, very close to the city, and easy to park. The cabin itself is very clean and cozy.

Unfortunately, the communication with the host after our stay has been an absolute let-down. The host insisted that we pay extra for cleaning because of our dog having been on the bed and couch - while nowhere in the listing did they mention that pets were not allowed on furniture. Also, we only received one set of towels upon arrival, which was not a problem since we had brought our own towels; but after we left, the host accused us of taking the non-existent set of towels and demanded we pay too. Honestly both of these were misunderstandings or lack of communication, which happens. However, the tone of the host was so unpleasant even when I was only trying to communicate our side of the story. Even after I said that I would take this up with customer service instead, since I didn't feel that I was getting anywhere with the host - they still kept sending condescending and rude messages. The customer service decided in our favour, because the host could not prove 1) that they gave information about pet not allowed on furniture, and 2) that they had provided 2 sets of towels. After the decision from customer service, the host chooses to ghost us instead. So I feel compelled to share our experience here. The interaction with the host truly ruined an otherwise very nice stay.
