Nice location, very good base to go see Khao Sok. Late check in is possible and the staff are very nice.

The room is not large enough to bring suitcases inside, it is really just a bed. There are a crazy amount of mosquitos but luckily they provide a mosquito net for above the mattress. The toilet and shower are a short walk away but are in one room, which means everything is wet all the time. Breakfast starts at 08:30 which is too late because many boat tours on the lake start at 08:00.

The staff were so incredibly helpful whenever I reached out to them with questions like booking a lake tour, washing clothes and booking transportation they responded very quickly through whatsapp. They let me park my motorcycle for free too :) The owner was very accommodating to our vegetarian diet and offered some helpful recommendations. My absolute favorite part of this property was how many different species of butterflies there were! 🦋 As someone who studies and researches pollinators in my free time - I was having so much fun documenting the incredible diversity of butterfly species here.

The bathroom ceiling for the bamboo houses is open so moths and other flying insects fly in while you're taking a shower and using the bathroom. If I come back here I would pay extra for the nicer rooms with the private bathrooms. It was quite amazing seeing the abundance of insect diversity and various species that would end up in the bathroom actually! I just didn't like being bit by ants while using the bathroom haha They did not clean our room when we put the make up room sign on our door handle. Their restaurant is a Thai/Western fusion which is expensive for me but they have a lot of dinner options no matter your preference. Road noise is very frequent especially being at the top of a hill, motorcycles will rev their engines hard to climb the hill echoing across the canyon making it difficult to find anywhere with a quiet space.

The staff were excellent, super helpful with planning activities and looked after us really well!

Cosy place in nature, where you can relax and chill. Kind a near place when you want to order tour in Khao Sok, just not easy to get there. We were lucky that Grab come to this place and took us to pier, but one evening we can find anyone who could bring us back to our stay so we went form pier to our stay about 40 min.

We booked small house but staff informed that aircon is broken and suggest us another room which have was a bit larger but with shared lounge area for one night. For us it wasn’t problem but issues with noise. All air conditioniers was in our balcony, they was so loudly. All night we heared that noice, was difficult to sleep. Another problemwas, when we asked to help to find some transportation to Krabi, and in first price was lower compared when we need to order (I think main problem was that one girls from staff tried to earn more from this deal), and when we try to arrange this transportation owner wasn’t in place so we need to trust that other girl.
