The apartment is located very close to the railway station (15 min). It is very convenient to use trains to get to mountains and then come back to the apartment. It is also very close (3-5 min) to the city center so you wont need a car or taxi to get anywhere. The apartment is bright, has all necessary appliances (except dishwasher) and bed linen. It was easy to cook and eat in the kitchen. Overall the apartment is a good price\quality medium level choice.
There is no dishwashing machine and cloth dryer is tiny. The building is very old with unrepaired entrance and stairs. For someone this might look authentic though. Balcony is nice but the view is directerd to the wall and inner yard which are not spectacular. 3rd floor with only stairs seemed hard to us after 25 km mountain trail.
