A lovely bright spacious studio apartment. Very well equipped even a washing machine which was Handy in the middle of our holiday. Good location too. Supermarkets in less than 10 minutes walk

I didn't like that when we got off our train from Lisbon we had to get an Uber to the office to get a key which was in a key box anyway. Then realized our apartment was 10-15 minutes back across town we had to call another Uber. We did have 1 cockroach in our bathroom but there was spray in the cupboard to send him on his merry way. Overall good value and would stay again

Nice place, calm area, staff was responsive and tolerant for an unexpected late checkout without penalties, many thanks for that.

The location is very nice.

You need to get the key 10 kilometers away from Cascais

I liked the overall style and design of the apartment.

There are unfortunately many things we didn’t like: •to get the keys to the apartment, you have to drive out of Cascais to Parede (no self check in available, and no one provided the keys, you have to drive to the office outside of Cascais to get them) it’s not convenient at all, I haven’t experienced such check in process in a long time •long check in online process where we have to provide full information about our documents etc etc. I understand that it needs to be done, but since we’re already driving to the office in another town, then it’s logical then it should be done by the stuff in the office (like in the hotels, usually the check in process is being done at the registry counter by the stuff member) instead of us sitting there on the phones trying to input all of this information •very poor water pressure in the apartment •ants in the apartment. Even though the overall apartment was very clean when we first came in, there were already 6 or so ants in the bathroom. Of course when we had some food brought it into the apartment there were tooons of ants in the apartment overnight. •it’s been two days since we check out of the apartment and the deposit still hasn’t been returned to us, I’ll contact the administration about that separately.
