Nice apartment with good facilities and close to main surfers strip

Not very clean, lots of bugs in kitchen and bathroom. Also very difficult to get out front even with keys besides car gate (making it hard to leave keys on kitchen bench and then be able to get out without keys)

We absolutely loved our stay at the Panorama apartment. It truly offers a 360-degree view, which was incredible. I initially underestimated it, but it turned out to be amazing. Located on the 12th level, the apartment provides stunning exposure and views of the surrounding area. The swimming pool was lovely, and the laundry facilities were very convenient. While the apartment isn’t new and could benefit from a few updates, it’s still very comfortable, and I’m sure improvements will be made soon. One thing to note is that you really need at least two sets of keys — without them, it can be difficult to access certain areas. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and loved the place.

The place would benefit from deep cleaning (under beds, behind Tv unit etc). Wifi was very slow, we opt from using it and stayed on mobile data.

We travelled in January which is a very hot season. There are NO aircon in the rooms which makes the night extremely long as hard to sleep in the hot rooms. We two adults and three kids stayed for four nights. Only got given one tiny soap, one small tube of shampoo, one small tube of body gel. The self service apartments we stayed before usually supply more than this. So this is a surprise. Toilet flush is very loud, so if one person goes to the toilet overnight, everyone will be woken up. For the money I paid, I expect a better service and better facility.
