Apartment space worked for us as a family of 4. Nice balcony and view for outdoor eating/relaxing. Clean and secure pool and poolside area (gated access) Local supermarket and a few restaurant/cafe options within 10 min walk. Note a hire car is a must to explore since Sardinia public transport isn’t great and beyond a few basic amenities Murta itself is rather limited (but served us well as a base). The agent (Erika) was very helpful and responsive.
Decor/fixtures functional but showing their age and could do with a refresh. Tiny TV (in kitchen area only, but we didn’t want to watch anyway). Aircon good but noisy/bulky old units. Nice swimming pool, but needed more sunbeds (also has a strange rule that pool cannot be used between 1400-1530). No WiFi (in 2025!)

Perfect place. Good cozy swimming pool. Good beaches close to apartments.
Shower is only on top. Hard to wash small kid.
