The location of this property is excellent. We have stayed here twice now, and it is so close to shops, a market, patisseries and a max €5 (uber) to the center or, take the iconic trams (just a 5 minute walk from the apartment). The guy who runs the properties is brilliant! The first time we stayed we had a very late check in but was very accommodating. Then when we wanted to extend our stay it was no problem and he was so helpful! Additional to this, on a separate occasion we had been let down by a property the day we where due to check in, my partner messaged the owner and within 4 hours we had checked into this property! It was brilliant, so grateful for them being consistently accommodating! Apartment has nearly everything you need (especially for a short stay). Washing machine, drying rack, oven, stove, lovely shower, terrace area, pull out sofa is perfect for those relaxed evenings, loads of storage. Fans and heaters provided for all weather. Lovely space when you go away!

Minor issues, as we have stayed between 5-7 nights, a dustpan and brush would be very useful and some additional bin bags. So we can clean as we go. A few more pots and pans would not go a miss. But, again, if you are there for a short term and plan on eating out, it has everything you need. Minor maintenance issues - Shower room light does not work - When using lights/oven/hob the electric does trip, easy to sort by yourself, but could do with sorting - New pillows - Terrace could do with some love (when we arrived for our 2nd trip it was not cleaned after the last person. But given everything was so last minute and they where so accommodating we did look past this) but some outside cushions would be beneficial to the already lovely, private terrace.
