Wonderful chalet with breathtaking views on the valley and mountains.

We had a great stay in this quiet, cozy and relaxing chalet. The views from chalet's windows are really stunning and it seems one could spend hours looking on the changing view on the mountains and the Rhone Valley. The chalet has neither TV nor internet connectivity, that actually I consider as a good bonus since nothing could distract you from chilling out and enjoying the nature. As for the chalet itself, it has almost everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay, like well equipped kitchen, automatic pellet stove and electric heaters, comfortable beds, bathroom, simple but functional furniture, etc. The road to the chalet could be a bit challenging for the first time (for a flatlander like me), but it gets easier with each way up and down the hill. The hostess is very friendly and always willing to help.

The only wish could be a washing machine, especially for guests staying for a week or two.

Erholen und auftanken mitten in der Natur, abseits von Hektik und Lärm.

Die renovierte helle Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet, lichtdurchflutet und bietet durch grosse Fenster eine phantastische Aussicht auf das Rhonetal und die umliegenden Berge. Das Chalet im Walliser Baustil steht mitten in der Natur und man kann direkt vor dem Haus mit Wandern beginnen. Es ist ein Geheimtipp für Ruhesuchende und Naturliebende, die der Hektik und dem Lärm entfliehen wollen. Rund ums Haus befinden sich lauschige Plätzchen, um im Liegestuhl die Berg- und Talsicht, sowie die Naturgeräusche zu genießen. Auf dem großen Balkon kann man am Gartentisch das Morgenessen schon bei Sonnenaufgang genießen. Die offene Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet und es hat auch ein tragbares kleines Cheminée, um draussen auf dem Sitzplatz zu grillieren. Im Chalet hat es eine schöne, zweckmässig eingerichtete Nasszelle mit WC, Lavabo, Dusche und einer schnell wärmenden Heizung. Alles ist in sehr sauberem Zustand. Die Vermieterin des Ferienchalets hat uns mit einem köstlichen Willkommen auf dem Küchentisch überrascht. Vor und während unseres Aufenthalts bestand immer die Kontaktmöglichkeit mit der Vermieterin per Mail; auf der Plattform von Booking. Sie hat sich während unseres Aufenthalts mehrmals erkundigt, ob alles okay sei und uns wichtige Infos vermittelt. Wir konnten uns in dieser einzigartigen, ruhigen Ferien-Unterkunft während einer Woche gut erholen und auftanken. Das Chalet ist über eine gut ausgebaute, asphaltierte Straße in rund zehn Minuten ab Saxon bergwärts erreichbar. Wir schätzten es, mitten in der Natur zu leben und Wanderungen in nahe gelegene Walliser Seitentäler zu unternehmen.
