Great location, comfy bed and lounge area
The lanai needs cleaning of cobwebs which were huge, means there was a lot of debris falling into the pool (which had low water which I filled to help the filtration)
Previous renters had not bagged their trash which was reported to the company, unfortunately this was not removed throughout our stay - would not be an issue if the trash was placed in a wheelie bin, but the disposal system was a trunk m. Means lots of flies were around the bin and I assume vermin will try to get into the box and possibly become a bigger issue for the householder if not resolved quickly
