After a long flight, this was the perfect stay! Clean rooms, A/C, plus down the block was a 24hr convenience store!

The units were clean and the staff was responsive. Communication was easy.

I flew here from the UK to spend my holidays with my family. First of all, I want to say a huge thank you to all the staff. Communication with the host who handed over our keys was excellent. She spoke fluent English, offered us an early check-in because of our circumstances, and was incredibly friendly and polite. We paid a 3,000 THB deposit, and she was very transparent about the process, even encouraging us to take photos for our own records and returned the whole deposit at the end of the stay without any fuzz. ​The property itself was fantastic and has absolutely everything you need. Every room features air conditioning, a smart TV, hot water, a drinking water tap, a washing machine, an iron, and a hairdryer. No additional fees were charged for using these fascilties. When we realised the washing machine was faulty, I sent a message on WhatsApp to the admin. Within minutes, they dispatched a technician team and offered to replace it, their customer service is truly outstanding. ​The neighborhood was pleasant, and the location is incredibly convenient. It is very close to shops like 7-Eleven, the airport, and best of all, Nai Yang Beach is just a short walk away. ​Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this property, especially for international travelers looking for a comfortable stay with all the familiar amenities from home.
