Great and clean apartment. Really comfortable, close to dinning, drinking, metro and drinking places. It was also super quiet and safe.
Communication was little different to everywhere else, there is no one to speak to, it is only via email

great aptmt. well equipped and ideally located. online checkin was a hussle as I had to do it 5 times in 3 different devices before it went thru (an annoiance when you are on the road and have to deal with it).
Neighbour decided to throw a party a Wed night until early am but have to take it as bad luck (and the lack of a front desk to help deal with it)

Overall a great 2- bedroom in the heart of Serrano (for a family of four). If you need a place for 30 days, this is a great option. There is plenty of shopping, restaurants and public transportation nearby. And many local markets (bring a grocery bag) to get your daily food necessities. The apartment had all the necessary amenities, security was good, and access to to building and apartment was easy. And any issues were quickly dealt with by the host too.
