About this house rental
The house is on the ground floor of a duplex. The interior comprises two double bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room with a fireplace and a queen-size sofa bed, and a kitchen. The furnishings are rustic and functional. There is everything you need for a peaceful and serene stay.
The outdoor spaces are very large. There is a garden of over 400 square meters with fruit trees, olive trees, parking space for up to 4 cars, and a very spacious wooden gazebo with a table that can seat up to 8-10 people. It is the perfect accommodation for enjoying peaceful moments in the countryside, surrounded by nature, yet only 800 meters from the sea. It is therefore located at the right distance from the campsites and clubs along the coast, which organize nighttime events.
The town is just a 4-minute drive away. There is a large Coop supermarket, a very good quality pizza by the slice shop, an ice cream parlor renowned throughout the area, a bakery offering excellent bread and pastries, a newsstand, and a pharmacy not far away.
The nearest beach has an equipped area with umbrellas and deck chairs (Il Casalaccio) and a free beach as far as the eye can see.
