Kaanapali Plantation #41 is a fantastic three-bedroom, two-story private condo located in the Kaanapali Hillside area of West Maui. With 1547 square feet of living space, this unit is one of the larger three-bedroom condos in West Maui, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. The condo features distant views of the ocean and the islands of Molokai and lanai, which can be enjoyed from either of the two private lanais and some of the bedrooms. The master bedroom comes with its own private lanai and an en-suite bathroom for added comfort and privacy.
The condo has undergone several upgrades, including new lanai doors and windows, recessed lighting, and crown molding, enhancing the overall ambiance. The master bathroom has also been remodeled with travertine floors, a glass shower door, and beach stone pebbles, giving it a spa-like feel. The kitchen on the first floor features beautiful cherry wood cabinets, vintage pendant lighting, and all the modern appliances you'll need, including a new dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, and water heater. The condo is equipped with ample storage space, including a large closet under the stairwell.

Condo 41 was a perfect layout for our family 3 couples. Condo is in great condition. The grounds are beautiful and serene. Walk to beach is about 5 minutes so the location is great as well. The pool is okay but there is no hot tub. There is a fun shuffleboard game that we enjoyed playing in the common area.When we arrived, we found that the AC consisted of a portable AC in each room upstairs. One wasn't working and the downstairs was hot. We called and management dispatched a maintenence man to come out that night. Unfortunately he didn't make it until the following day so that first night was a sleepless night for one of the couples. However, they did bring another portable for the downstairs as well so that made it very comfortable. The water heater only allows for 7 minutes of hot water in the showers as well. We learned how to stage our showers to make that work for the 6 of us. The water pressure is great.The management company does a great job of addressing any issues. I feel like the condo is a bit overpriced for what you get, but we did stay over Christmas break so I'm sure prices were inflated everywhere.

We stayed here for 8 days with family ages 15-77. It was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do but especially the Maui Invitational. Portable a/c was placed in the bedrooms which helped us keep cool during sleep.
