Welcome to the beautiful hills of Point Loma-a gorgeous peninsula in San Diego conveniently located just 2 miles away from the airport, close to beach and the best attractions SD has to offer! Relax and enjoy this recently remodeled two-bedroom, one-bathroom home, offering a private entrance and a secluded enclosed terrace. Great getaway for couples, professionals, friends and travelers alike. Your private space is downstairs, while the main level above is occupied by a professional couple.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and great for travelers looking for a peaceful environment. Not suitable for guests looking to party. Please note, access to the property requires descending five steps from street level.

You will enjoy high-quality beds, premium pillows, and black out curtains in the bedrooms. Place has a fully equipped kitchen with cooktop burners, a full sink, a spacious refrigerator, and a highly rated countertop oven in place of a traditional oven. Additional amenities include an outdoor lounge area, grill, beach essentials, toddler necessities, and even a stand-up desk with monitor for working remotely.

PETS
No cats.
Up to one dog allowed upon approval and must be added to reservation. Even your pup will feel at home with their own dog bed, and bowls. Not allowed on beds or couch, and we ask that bedroom doors stay closed while left unattended.

PARKING
Plenty of complimentary street parking on this quiet cul de sac. We haven’t received any concerns regarding parking, most if not all guests are able to find parking directly in front of the home.

Upon request, we provide complimentary essentials for kiddos:

We kindly ask that you wipe and clean each item after use to ensure it stays fresh for everyone. While we provide these essentials as a courtesy, please note that their safety cannot be guaranteed. Use at your discretion.

If you haven’t stayed in or visited Point Loma before, now is your chance to experience a gorgeous hilly seaside community. The beautiful peninsula has everything from scenic beaches, running/walking paths, Liberty Station, Sailing, restaurants, bars and more. This location is a perfect distance from Little Italy, Pacific Beach, Gaslamp, SD airport and neighboring beaches like Crown Point, Ocean Beach and Sunset Cliffs!

DECORATING SERVICE
This is meant for small gatherings of 5 people or less. Parties and gatherings are not allowed at the property without approval. Whether it’s a birthday or anniversary our team can add thoughtful touches if you would like to surprise that special someone. We ask that you send us the decorations via amazon in advance and we need at least a 14 day notice to coordinate. Please note, for the safety and upkeep of the property, decorations such as streamers, glitter, smoke machines, confetti, powders, and candles (other than birthday candles) are not permitted. Simple decorations such as balloons, flowers, and signs are welcome. A service fee applies and is based on the level of customization.
