Quiet, safe, uncrowded, warm-water beach on the only stretch of sand where vehicles are not permitted (Pedestrian Beach). The beachis 100 steps from the property (no hike over a boardwalk needed).
The ocean slope gets about a foot deeper every 10 feet you walk out, so it’s 5 foot deep about 50 feet out, so it’s easy to find a “sweet spot” that is shoulder-depth relatively close to shore.
Dolphins regularly swim 50-75 feet offshore. Unless there is a burn ban, campfires are permitted on the beach if they are under control and no bigger than 3’ x 3’.

Enjoy spectacular views of the ocean and a perfect perch to watch the large ships coming into port. 4’ tall handcrafted Adirondack chairs with built-in cupholders. Many lightweight chairs to arrange for your group as needed.

We had a large group recently stay here as accommodations for a nearby wedding. It was the perfect house for us! At checkin it was clean and ready and the host was very easy to communicate with and responded to any question I had prior to our stay. All the many bedrooms have bathrooms and the living and kitchen spaces are large (plus 2 refrigerators). The only downside is the low water pressure which must be common at this beach location and no fault of the property (and it was mentioned beforehand so not a surprise). We absolutely loved the bottom floor picnic tables and the nice view from upstairs deck. The elevator lift was handy for moving our stuff too! Highly recommend this house!!

We were celebrating my father’s 90th birthday. Age ranges from 10-90, 2 in wheelchairs or walkers. The place was perfect! Activities to keep everyone entertained and accessible to all!

Overall our experience was giod,we had a minor issue with the door lock,but Kourtney was very prompt in replying and sending someone over right away ti resolve the situation. Checkout was at 10 am,I wish it could have been at 11:00 so we could have had a little more time relaxung relaxing

Our trip was with several friends and lots of small kiddos, we had plenty of space and the house was great to let them play and run around, very kid-friendly! Everyone had a bed and a comfortable place to sit and chat or play games into the evening after the kids went to bed.
The mosquitos were horrendous, to no fault of the owner. We came pretty soon after the hurricane so some debris and mosquitos issue I understand is out of their control, overall the beach was great because it was short enough to walk to. We couldn't enjoy the floor level of the house or yard due to the mosquitos but I'm sure this is an isolated issue due to the timing of our trip, and otherwise would be a great addition! Kourtney was very responsive and communicative throughout the booking and our checkin/out.
