Holiday rental in Sète: Superb two-room apartment of 28.48m² of living space with a glazed loggia of 7.36m², facing the sea and close to shops, you will only have to go down from the apartment to reach the beaches (15m away).
This apartment located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), consists of a living room with convertible sofa, flat screen TV and decoration. Open kitchen in the living room is equipped with a fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, microwave. Night side, a bedroom with a 140 double bed, and chest of drawers. The renovated bathroom with a shower, sink, basin, storage unit and washing machine. Separate WC. Very bright glazed loggia with dining area and a panoramic view of the sea. Parking n°45 within the residence. Pets not allowed. Late arrival possible: €50 (contact us for details.)
