On the ground floor, with self check-in and no architectural barrier, has private parking space. The apartment is in a residential area, the Savena district, very quiet and in the green. Recently renovated with attention to the quality of the furnishings and details, the apartment is perfect for a couple or a family unit up to 4 people. You can stay comfortably even for periods of a few weeks. As soon as you enter the living room with open kitchen and relaxation area with large TV screen and a dining area with designer table. The sofa bed can comfortably accommodate two people. The French door offers light and a quiet view of the interior. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, hood, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine and everything included in the welcome kit of Case Ospitali. From the living area there is access to the sleeping area with bathroom with window equipped with sink, WC, bidet, large shower cabin, with fine marble decorations and washing machine.
The spaces in the house Studio 1 have been optimized for a pleasant stay, without giving up anything. Free high-speed Wi-Fi, private parking and AC complete the offer.
Guests will have at their disposal the entire two-room apartment that is located on the ground floor (no architectural barriers, no steps) in a quiet and excellent residential context.
