. Our romantic Baltic Sea vacation homes on the Szczecin Lagoon are ideally suited for 2 to 5 people thanks to their layout. The spacious living area and the terraces with a grill area offer plenty of space to sit, relax, and simply enjoy the day. Sun loungers, hanging chairs, 1 parking space, a small sandbox with digging toys, a trampoline, a kids’ pool, books, and games are all available on-site free of charge! For our four-legged friends, we provide dog blankets and food bowls upon arrival. There are two beautiful vacation homes: an outbuilding and a manor house, which is divided into two apartments! Each apartment has two bedrooms with double beds, a living room/bedroom with one sofa bed (210 x 174 mm), and one large bathroom with a shower, rounding out the amenities. Our terraces, equipped with seating, a grill, sun loungers, and hanging chairs, as well as a small playground, are sure to be a pleasant place for you to relax in the summer and offer quiet retreats on the large property.
This spacious vacation home is located in the center of town and is idyllically nestled among banana palms, creating a special vacation atmosphere. It has a living area of 213 m² and is divided into two separate floors, both of which can be booked separately; this listing refers to the top floor. You’ll have approximately 150 square meters at your disposal, including a terrace, a barbecue area, and a small playground with sand and toys. Enjoy a relaxing vacation in a modernly furnished vacation apartment of approximately 98 m², which comfortably accommodates 4 people (meeting all the criteria of a 3-star vacation rental); an extra bed for up to 2 additional people is available. The living space in the upper apartment is divided into two bedrooms, each with a spacious double bed (180 cm x 210 cm), flanked on both sides by nightstands with reading lamps. In front of each bed is a spacious wardrobe with mirrored doors, offering ample storage space for your luggage. A high chair, a travel crib, and a changing table are provided free of charge for our youngest guests. The heart of the apartment is the 30 m² living and sleeping area, featuring a 30 m² rooftop terrace where you can step outside and soak up the sun, along with an integrated kitchenette and two very comfortable, spacious dining areas. After a day trip, you can relax on the pull-out sofa bed (2.35 m x 1.84 m) while the flat-screen TV with satellite TV, DVD player, and USB port provides entertainment. When fully extended, the sofa offers a comfortable sleeping space for two people with a sleeping surface measuring 174 cm x 235 cm. The open kitchen allows you to prepare a wide variety of meals using a four-burner stovetop, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and numerous small appliances, ranging from a toaster and electric kettle to a coffee maker. For shared meals, take a seat in the spacious dining area on a corner bench with three comfortable chairs. The bathroom features a shower stall, a sink with a toilet, a hair dryer, and a bathroom window. The apartment is heated by an oil-fired heating system.
