Picture mornings overlooking the Pacific, afternoons beside your private heated infinity pool, and sunset gatherings on the terrace. Set in the peaceful IYARI community, this Punta Mita villa offers space for up to 8 guests to relax and spend time together.
The villa has four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom:
Primary suite: King bed and ocean views
Second bedroom: King bed
Third bedroom: King bed
Fourth bedroom: Two double beds
Your stay includes exclusive use of the villa, pool, terraces, and a 6-seater golf cart. Premier membership provides access to participating Punta Mita beach clubs, subject to the access fee below.
A dedicated concierge is available daily to help plan your stay. Ask us about beach club visits, private chef dinners, grocery stocking, spa treatments, yoga, golf, yacht charters, and local tours. These experiences can be arranged upon request.
Limited-time offer
Book by October 31, 2026, for a stay through October 31, 2026, and receive one round-trip airport transfer per reservation, plus a boat ride around the Marietas Islands. The ride goes around the islands; cave entry is not included.
You can also request our grocery shopping service with the usual US$90–US$120 service fee waived. You pay only for the groceries.
The Space:
IYARI is a quiet Punta Mita community surrounded by coastal scenery. Beaches, dining, golf courses, and beach clubs are a short golf cart ride away. Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR) is approximately one hour away.
The Punta Mita beach club access fee is charged per person for stays of up to 30 days:
Ages 13 and older: US$66.70
Ages 5–12: US$40.02
Children under 5: No charge
Taxes and service charge are included in these amounts. Our pre-arrival team will help process the fee after booking.

We had a truly excellent stay! The house is beautiful, practically brand new, beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and with an outstanding view of the ocean! The house is equipped with everything anyone could possibly need. And the staff were superb as well! It comes with a chef, who cooks you breakfast and lunch every day and keeps the house tidy, and the concierge service was great in arranging everything we wanted, all kinds of activities and restaurants. You would be very hard-pressed to find a nicer property to rent in Punta Mita!

Iyari 8 was the perfect spot for our family of four! Ignacia the housekeeper/cook was incredible. In house massages and daily laundry service allowed me to fully relax and fully enjoy the trip. My boys loved the ping pong table, and our private pool. The only downside is that there is no king bed for couples. Staff said they could put the beds together but when we arrived the beds were separate...we were fine with it, but it would be nice for a king in one of the bedrooms. Everything else was perfection!
