This first floor newly remodeled condo is located in Saddlebrook Resort. Includes the finest furnishings including new living room furniture, beds and all new appliances. Located on the largest lake in the resort, you can enjoy your coffee or sunsets while overlooking the beautiful lake. Located near shopping, dining and plenty of fun things to do with the family.

Once you arrive you will love this bright, newly renovated condo. We provide our guests all the comforts of home, including kitchen utensils and accessories, starter kit for showers, kitchen and bathrooms. Be sure to check out our welcome guide located on the fireplace.

You will see the guard gate upon arrival. Check in and provide them your ID so they register you. This takes 2-3 minutes on average
If you bring a vehicle they will provide you with a guest card to place on your dashboard.
Proceed straight to the stop sign, then take a right turn. Follow the main road to Bay Hollow Dr, turn left and you have arrived in our condo area. The buildings are clearly marked as well as the condo numbers on each unit.
Initial Check-In:
Check for damage and report any issues w/photos immediately to us.
You can park in any open spot near the condo.
Note the A/C may be turned high by the previous guest but it cools off very quickly.
Detect and report any smoke smell (marijuana or tobacco).
Miscellaneous:
Golf courses are available to play, green fees are paid by guests.
The restaurant and sports bar are located at the resort and are available to the public.

The neighborhood is easy to walk; however, you can rent golf carts from a local golf cart rental store if you prefer. All ride share services are available in the area.

Guests can use the pool bar, all restaurants, and play golf. The pools are for members only.
Pest Control: Saddlebrook Resort provides pest control services. Saddlebrook staff may request during stay for pest control services.

The condo was upgraded, clean with nice towels. We were unable to open the porch sliding glass doors for access to the porch. Very comfortable.

The property is located at the Saddlebrook Resort. I was there for the tennis academy. Location was convenient. There were three queen beds. One of the bedrooms had two queens. I thought there was to be a king in one of the bedrooms. The bedroom with the two queens was very tight. Since it was just me, I adjusted and slept in the bedroom with one queen. Bathrooms were nice. Kitchen was okay with an adequate set of tools and utensils.

We were given the address but not the unit number. The manager had to give to us as we arrived. When there was a lack of detergent it was quickly taken care of. The location was good &the complex was well kept.

This condo was spacious and perfectly situated for our scheduled events. Super clean too. Bonus nature viewing out back patio!
