Enjoy our home all to yourself. With 3 large bedrooms this home sleeps 8 people comfortably.
The master bedroom has a queen bed with private bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed with shared bathroom right outside the door. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds. There is also a rollaway twin bed and couch for additional sleeping space. The kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils so you can enjoy home cooked meals in addition to all the amazing restaurants that Nashville has to offer. There is a deck with outdoor seating. This home also has wifi and smart TVs!
Early check-in and late check-out, for a fee, may be accommodated if scheduling allows (requests must be made prior to the first day booking begins)
Pet friendly. $200 per stay fee applies. Household Starter Supplies:
For your convenience, we will provide the following items so you and your guests can get settled in without worrying about it upon arrival. Please keep in mind we do not replace the supplies during your stay.
1 paper towel roll, 1 trash bag for each trash can, 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom under the sink, 1 dish sponge, 2 pods for dishwasher, hand soap, dish detergent, complimentary coffee and/or tea pods.
RESTRICTIONS:
Pet reminders-Pick-up and dispose all pet poo.

Communication and check in process was outstanding. Flexible early check in was accommodated at last minute, which was a blessing. The house was clean and comfortable. However there was not many amenities which was not an issue for us as we appreciated the early checkin. We went and bought the missing toilet paper and paper towels that were needed and had just moved my family member from her apartment to storage, so we're able to bring some pans for cooking. Just be advised that the stores around the area are a little sketchy and one of the store employees warned us to be careful in the neighborhood. But the street that the house was on was quiet and safe.

Greetings..Upon arrival,,manuering into the.driveway was unacceptable,the backyard was limited to activities because of poison ivy & poison oak & the concrete walkway to the front door was a safety hazard due to a noticeable 6” wide 3” deep hole that needs immediate attention .Respectfully submitted

Inside of home newly redone, clean. Outside surrounding area is old area was not as we expected. We brought dogs, not an area you can walk them if you have larger dogs. Needs new pots/ pans as existing non stick are all scratched/scraped. Not effective for cooking. Also things like a can opener and wine bottle opener would have been nice.
