Dimora Don Attilio is a holiday home divided into two small apartments with small pool and garden, for holidays in Sannicola, near Gallipoli. The property accommodates up to 4 guests.
The two units in Dimora Don Attilio are equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, internet, hair-dryer, tv and mosquito nets, diswasher and espresso machine. Porch with elevator that arrives at the garden, in swimming pool area.

Don Attilio is a solution for 6 guests, with large shared areas,
divided into two independent apartments. From the spacious porch with
sitting area and dining area, you arrive at the small pool area and
garden. Moreover, there is also an elevator.
The lush outdoor area is a vegetable garden with plants and fruit trees, while the swimming pool is like a tub into rocks.
The central main door opens into a large area shared between the units.
On the left there is one unit, which consists of 1 one double bedroom, living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom.
On the right, there is the other unit, which consists of a large open space with kitchenette, divided from the double bedroom by an arch and a bathroom.
The surroundings of Dimora Don Attilio in Sannicola
The holiday home for 6 guests with swimming pool is in the city centre of Sannicola. THe small town with services is in the inland of Gallipoli, which is only a few kilometers away.
Th closest beaches are Lido Conchiglie, Padula Bianca and Rivabella, 7 kilometers away.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 25 per person per week.
- Pool available from June to September (it is a natural tub dug into the rocks measuring 6x3x1h).
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
