Fantastic apartment with terrace, communal swimming pool, parking, free wifi, air conditioning and wonderful mountain views. Located in the well-known Don Pepe residence, it offers a large communal swimming pool, for adults and children, and impressive gardens with lawn. It is ideally situated in a quiet and child-friendly neighbourhood, just 400 metres from Montañar II Rock Beach and close to all services.
Accommodation
This stylish, modern and bright apartment has 98 m². The property, distributed on a single level, has 2 beautiful bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower, accommodating up to 4 people. The main bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobes and direct access to the terrace: the second bedroom has another double bed. The apartment also offers a modern, fully equipped American kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and plates and bowls. The tastefully decorated living room has a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, free WiFi and double doors that open to a wonderful terrace. On the terrace we can enjoy a spacious dining table and magnificent views of the pool, garden and mountain. In the common areas of the urbanisation, you can enjoy an impressive lawn garden, children's area and a large pool, fenced and with an area for children.

The old town of Jávea is about 6 kilometres away, and there are two excellent golf courses within a 20-minute radius. The nearest airport is Alicante airport, which is 101 km away.

Everything really couldn’t fault either the service or the apartment itself. Loved the location and all the little extras in the apartment so that a holiday-maker has everything they need, from beach chairs to umbrellas.
There is nothing to fault but I have one suggestion …
I always appreciate finding cleaning products or pantry staples from previous occupants. Perhaps on checkout, we could leave any items we think might be useful for future guests rather than throw them away as we are asked to do? Not food items, but things like olive oil/ salt/ sugar. Just a suggestion. Thank you
