Townhouse in tranquil surroundings by the sea.

Perfect seaside location! Loved being a little out of the busy city and exploring the area of Limhamn. Enjoyed our time there as a family so much. Karmen was so kind and easy to communicate with, and her house was wonderful.

Excellent! This property was a super base to enjoy a week's stay in Malmö. The communication with the owner, Karmen, was from the onset prompt, helpful and friendly. There was even one of the best "welcome" guides to both the property and the area to help us get settled in. Karmen responded immediately to our couple of extra queries after arrival. The house itself is a pleasure to stay in - clean attractive, light and extremely well equipped and decorated. There is a real attention to detail by the owner. The bedrooms themselves (1 double and 2 singles) were compact, but the living areas were very generous. There was also a choice of sitting out areas, so a sunny spot could always be found. There is a terminus to two bus routes (7 & 9) just a two minute walk away, making it easy and quick to get in and out of the city or to get to or from Copenhagen. The immediate island neighbourhood was also very enjoyable. The island of Öm has a 2k walk around its edge affording views of the straits and The Öresund Bridge. There was a well stocked new Coop supermarket a short walk away to keep us in provisions. The weather during our week was mixed - but thanks to the quality of this excellent property we thoroughly enjoyed our week in Malmö. Excellent. Thank you Karmen. We would love to return!

We were in town for 4 days and had a great time staying at Karmens house. A great balance of easy access to the bus system while still being in a nice secluded area.
