About this house rental
This beautiful house is set on 5 acres nestled into Cheyenne Mountain with private hiking access to Cheyenne Mountain State Park Trails. With only a 15 minute drive to downtown Colorado Springs you will also have the option to enjoy easy access to city life making it the perfect place for small events you'd like to host (bachelorette/bachelor weekend. no weddings) Spend the day enjoying what the Springs is has to offer then enjoy the fireplace, hot tub, pool table, & shuffle board with a beautiful view of the city during the night. You will never want to leave!
The space: 6000 sq ft home with 4 bedrooms with 4 private attached bathrooms. 2 living room areas on separate floors.5 acres of land with trampoline, BBQ, hot tub. Wrap around porch with 3 other outdoor living areas. Fully loaded kitchen.
Events: All events will have maximum attendance of 25 guests in attendance. We also require a 3 night minimum for any event & an additional event fee of $500.

The property is very spacious and worked well for our family of 15. Great views of Cheyenne Mountain and Colorado Springs from 3 different decks. Access and check in was easy. A small quirk is the refrigerator being across the room from the main kitchen and not producing much ice, but not a big deal. We had a great stay!

Great space with privacy as needed but plenty of group gathering spots. Fantastic outdoor space and located close to many Colorado adventure spots but close enough to easily replenish food and supplies.

This was a such a nice place. It was nice to get away from the day to day, go explore the springs, and just having a place to be even if we had nothing planned at the moment, this was it.

This beautiful cabin nestled in the quiet mountains but just minutes away from town and stores is the perfect place to stay. Lots to do at the cabin you don’t even have to leave to keep intertained. Staff was quick at getting back to me with answers for questions I had. Would definitely recommend bringing your family and staying here.
