The house had plenty of beds, a huge table to play boardgames at and eat together and a beautiful backyard pool. It was 2 to 3 blocks from the beach and conveniently it already had a beach wagon to tgrow our chairs and towels into. The once slightly inconvenient thing was the 2nd floor bathroom was jack and jill, you could only enter from one of the bedrooms which means one bedroom had no access and had to go downstairs. Other than that it was perfect for our group.

We had a great stay! The house was very nice. It fit our family perfectly! The pool was amazing on the hot days. We will definitely be back.

The property manager was great and very communicative. There was an issue with the AC at one point and they immediately responded. I’m very impressed with the manager and the house is quite charming.

The house has an awesome setup with the deck and pool overlooking the bay. The ramp allows for easy launching of kayaks.
The house was clean with comfortable beds and has everything you need for your stay including a newer propane grill.
If you have very small children, be sure to bring extra gates to keep them away from the spiral stairs leading to the basement and stairs leading down to the pool area. There is a gate and fence around the pool itself.
Overall, the property was very nice and we would definitely stay here again!
