You'll have everything you need in this meticulous and well cared for vacation home that has been recently fully renovated inside and out. Just a 10 minute walk to Sea Street beach, restaurants and Sundae School ice cream shop. Sit on the spacious deck with a cup of coffee with the morning sun. Enjoy a round of bocce ball or corn hole in the private backyard or sit out front enjoying a cocktail watching the sunset. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home sleeps 10 comfortably; the master bedroom/bath is on the first floor along with a half bath, and 2 oversized bedrooms and full bath on the second floor. The finished basement is a great place for the kids to hang out to play a video game or watch TV. Other amenities include wifi, central air conditioning, full cable, TVs in the living room, basement and all bedrooms. Plenty of beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys and yard games all for your convenience.

We were so impressed with this house! As a group we have been going to this area for years and have stayed in various accommodations - we all agreed that we have found the house for future! The bedrooms were large and well appointed, the kitchen and living areas had everything you would need, and the back deck was perfect for morning coffee or afternoon lounging. Highly recommend Bright and Meticulous, just not during our week :)

We found the accommodations to be more than expected and very exceptional. The three large bedrooms were more than enough space for my family and we found the place very spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. This was a prime location with a short walk to the beach and a few restaurants and shops. We walked down to the beach every day and it only took us about 5 minutes. We enjoyed relaxing on the back deck and grilling out most nights. The shed had lots of great beach chairs and an umbrella.
