Maria, who welcomed, us when we arrived was very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond what one would normally expect. For example she took the trouble to help me by translating into English a presentation that our granddaughter did in Italian.
The guy who cleaned the pool was also very helpful and polite. As were everyone else who we passed during our stay.
