Plus, the area surrounding this comfortable private home is loaded with opportunities for outdoor adventurers of every taste, from skiing at the nearby Ski Apache resort to hiking and mountain biking in Lincoln National Forest. During the summer, Ruidoso Downs Racetrack features horse racing while, northeast of the village, history buffs can enjoy exploring the 19th century adobe and stone buildings and the museum of the Lincoln Historic Site.

Very nice, clean property. The hot tub was excellent and the view from the deck is great. Very close to all the restaurants and shops of midtown Ruidoso.

This was a very nice property. It was in a good location with great views. Plenty of wildlife to see right off of the balcony. We had a screen door that was jammed open upon arrival, but a super nice maintenance guy came out the next day and got it fixed for us. My only complaint would be that the place could have been much cleaner, for the amount guests are charged on cleaning fees. There were crumbs and gum wrappers on the floor and the master comforter had blood smeared on it in several places. Other than that, my family loved everything about this place!

We loved the house & but view was even better! The hot tub was a great addition as well. We even extended our stay by a day because we weren’t ready to leave.
