The grill off the kitchen was not working! I sent numerous e-mails as I had read previous reviews stating the same problem and was told it was working. I was in fact not working....a blatant lie!!
Too, there are only THREE king size beds and the 4th is a queen size bed!! We were mislead on that front too!!
Lastly, we had an issue with elevator and the pool was dirty upon arrival! I called and they came out to clean the next day. To many problems for the price point!!

Beautiful home that my family and I throughly enjoyed for the week. Loved being so close to the beach and having private pool right out the back door. It was the ideal set-up for grandkids who still needed to nap. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, plenty of dishes and oversized fridge, extra ice maker and drink fridges. The gas grill off the kitchen deck did not work, so would have been nice to have known that prior. Also the oven knob was broken, so it was hard to regulate the temp. We contacted the property management group and they sent someone out to assess promptly. Would definitely rent/stay her again.

Pros:
Location is beautiful. The beach is right in front of the home, and isn’t crowded at all. It’s on the main highway through Perdido Key, which is easy access onto and out of the island. The pool at the house is small but fine for relaxing or taking a break from the beach.
When we arrived, the home looks like the photos, very clean and looks to be newly constructed (within in the last year or so).
Cons:
The house is poorly stocked. No beach towels, very few bath towels, a handful of kitchen utensils but missing things like a colander, can opener. No seasonings or anything from other previous guests. It’s as if they threw out all of the useful items other guests left behind. The house feels like it’s staged as a model home (the art and decor still have price tags on them). The oven was broken and couldn’t be repaired, the grill was broken and couldn’t be repaired (there was a small “loaner grill” that we used which was ok, but not what you expect to cook on at this price point. The door lock downstairs wouldn’t open from the outside (this was repaired while we were there), the front gate latch was broken (this was also repaired while we were there), but made things inconvenient while we were there. The layout of the home is 3 stories, which can make going up and down tiresome (there is an elevator for taking luggage and groceries etc, up to 3rd story kitchen area which was great. Over all, great location, the home is just OK.
